Add your review Since October 1st 2009 Carroll's taxis has been taken over by a new owner. I can say with all honesty that the service provided is absolutly first class. All the drivers are really friendly and their cars are always spotless. If anyone reads this message and is either a local person or staying in the North Wales area then I strongly recommend them to use this service.
